Soup Time
Soup Time- Beef Heart and Stew Meat
8 qts water
2 oz cup of sea salt + 2 TBS
3 TBS oregeno
10 bay leaves
10 cloves of garlic
2 TBS cumin
2 onions cut in 1/4’s
1 TBS cayenne pepper
6 soup bones- grass feed beef
4 oxtail bones- grass fed beef
2.5 lbs of beef heart- grass fed- diced into 1” x 2” pieces
3 oz. baby portabella mushrooms cut in quarters
3 lbs stew meat - grass fed beef or elk meat
Juice of 2 fresh Limes
Throw all contents in pot, bring to boil
Reduce flame and slow boil for 3-31/2 hours- stir every 1/2 hour
Check broth towards end and add salt to taste
Let soup cool for an hour- refrigerate
