My Daily Do’s and Don’ts

My common Do’s and Don’ts

Over the past few years while in this journey of Health and Longevity I’ve established some parameters which I base most of my Nutrition and Wellness. I’ve spent 1000’s of hours poring over research and listening to many of the top experts ,and  Doctors in the field.

My Don’ts

No Plastic Bottles

No Teflon Coated pans (I prefer SS and Cast Iron)

No Sugar, Sugar Substitutes, No Processed seed oils, No Processed Foods, No Food Items that have too many ingredients attached to packaging, No hydrogenated butter, Fats, No Corn, Soy.

Severely limit alcohol

No Phones, electronics and lights off ½ to 1 Hour before sleep

Keep the Carbs low (75gms. or below)

No snacking between meals

 

The Do’s

Grass Fed Grass Finished Beef, organ meat and Butter

Naturally raised chicken, eggs and pork

Redmond salt and organic spices (no sugar)

Alaskan Fish ( Salmon, Lincod)

Organic Fruits and Veggies

Fermented veggies, cheese

Omega 3’s- sardines packed in water- Norwegian Fish Oil ( Carlson)

Thorne supplements- Magnesium Biglycerate , Berberine, Glutamine,  Creatine , Amino Complex and Vitamin D3

Brisk walk in the morning and after meals

Regular exercise and sunlight

Lots of water

Black Rifle coffee, sliver of butter and Bulletproof MCT

Embrace natural fats, use Tallow, Ghee

Daily Intermittent Fasting of 12 to 24hrs

I know I’m probably missing some things, but in general the list is on point

Disclosure- I was a primarily a vegetarian for 35+ years under the impression that Meat was bad for you, but since have made a complete 180 and have embraced a Carnivore/Keto lifestyle.

My energy is equal if not greater than how it was 20 years ago and cannot wait for the next trail, mountain to climb.
