My Daily Food Regimen

I’m a big proponent of a semi Ketogenic Diet. All my Carbs are from natural organically grown fruit and vegetable source. I avoid all processed foods, eliminate all sugars other that fruits, veggies, avoid all oils other that naturally pressed olive oil and limit my gluten consumption. I have a pretty regimented eating cycle consisting of 2 meals/day with no snacking in between which allows my liver to function optimally.

The local farmers know who I am and I do my best to support them through my purchases and promoting. All my meat is Grass fed Grass FINISHED and one can definitely tell the difference in the quality of meat.

The dairy is locally sourced as well- I love the natural yogurt and fermented cheeses I buy from Pure Pastures in Plymouth.

I try to add fermented vegetables like Kimchee and sauerkraut to my salad as well as the naturally pressed olive oil.

My breakfast consists of duck eggs, or naturally cage free brown eggs, some tallow, farm raised bacon, organ meat, and some ground beef or elk meat(all grass fed grass finished.

I do exercise regularly, take supplements and pay particular attention to my sleep, meditation cycles.

In the next few days I will offer recipes, cooking methods for my breakfast and dinner meals.
