Supercharge your Day
For as long as I can remember I’ve always dragged myself out of bed, sat down at the kitchen table and drank my minimum 2-3 cups of coffee to get the day started, till a Dr. Walker ( the sleep doctor) on a podcast explained how circadian rhythm worked and the best advise to jumpstart your day using light.
The next morning I decided to try it out and haven’t looked back since.
My day starts with a 16 oz. glass of water and my walking shoes. I now walk 3- 6 miles every day at a brisk pace, do my knee exercises on my kneesovertoes app. and have my coffee on average 90 min. after I get up.
