Invest in your Health and Wellness
We spend so much money on non-essentials and not enough on our health and well-being. In the last few years I’ve managed to build a home-Gym which has all the essentials needed including my most prized addition -the Finnish Sauna.
Can’t make excuses anymore about getting a work-out in and love pushing my limits each and everyday. The home sauna is a must- relaxes and releases toxins.
Exercising and eating right will keep you away from the clutches of the Dreadful D’s- Depression, Dementia, Diabetes and Doctors ( love em , but socially only).
I do some strength, High Intensity HIIT training, Cardio., stretching and of course- Sauna through the week.
All the exercise are for naught if the diet sucks, so I’m big on intermitted fasting and “Keto”. Keto may not be for everyone, but certainly eliminating Sugar, seed oils, processed foods and Carbs. in general are essential to optimizing health.
